The Victoria Kent building is located in the Lagunillas neighbourhood, the authentic and hidden arts district of the city of Malaga.

Lagunillas is located north of the Historic Center of the city of Malaga, between the El Ejido hill and Mount Gibralfaro, a few meters from the Plaza de la Merced, the Mercado de la Merced and Pablo Picasso’s birthplace.

Ceilings

· False plasterboard ceilings in bathrooms, kitchens, and where necessary to hide pipes.
· The rest of the ceilings will be trimmed and plastered with plaster.

Masonry and Interior Coatings

· Exterior enclosure of the houses and common areas by means of 1/2 foot of perforated brick.
· Interior brick partitioning of the house.
· The interior vertical walls will be trimmed and plastered with plaster, except for the tiled areas.
· Smooth interior plastic paint on vertical and horizontal walls.

Exterior Coatings

• Mastered or monolayer plastering on exterior facade.
• Stone-acrylic paint for exterior walls, facades and patios.

Plumbing and Sanitary

· Sanitary appliances will be Roca brand or similar.
· All faucets will be chrome-plated single-lever.
· The hot water pipe protected along its entire length with an insulating shell.
· The drainage network will be made of approved PVC.

Air Conditioning

· Installation of air conditioning in living-dining room and bedrooms.
