Property Rehabilitation Process

The Clemens 10 building is a historic building that has been rehabilitated in 2022, preserving all its architectural characteristics and fully complying with the current regulations of the Malaga City Council.

Each apartment in the property preserves its singular character thanks to a careful rehabilitation that has rescued its essence, enhancing the values of the property and respecting its historical past.

We have kept original elements such as the wooden carpentry and the terracotta brick walls, which gives the apartments a special charm.
